I’m sorry but I can’t get to your meeting. Merthyr (well, Cefn) is my home town but I live in Aberdare for the moment. Just an observation – we have statues of three of Merthyr’s boxing greats in the town but no statues of her literary giants, Jack Jones and Glyn Jones. Should this not be rectified?
