A couple of names in this account are familiar. Dr Cresswell for one. I remember a Dr Cresswell at the surgery in Hill House, Dowlais in the late 1950’s and 1960’s. I assume this Dr Cresswell was his father or grandfather.
Harrop also rings a bell. I’m assuming he was linked to Harrop Park.
